QuizJhor is a platform for running live quizzes, assessments and training — for education, corporate, HR, training and events. By using it you agree to the terms below.

Your responsibility: You are responsible for the content you upload (questions, roster, names). Do not infringe others' copyright or privacy. Obtaining proper consent before adding participants' details to a roster is your responsibility.

No misuse: Spam, fraud, or abuse of the system is prohibited — we reserve the right to suspend any account.

Payment: Paid plans are billed via bKash; on expiry the account automatically returns to the free tier.

Service: We do our best, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Force majeure: We are not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our control (hosting/database/payment-gateway/SMS-operator outages, disasters, internet disruption).

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

Data processing: Processing of participant data on an organization's behalf is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of these terms.

Controlling language: If the Bangla and English texts ever differ, the Bangla text controls.
