Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your QuizJhor account and personal data at any time — from the app or from this page. Exactly what happens is described below.

1. Request it — Log in and type DELETE in the box below.
2. A 7-day window — We email you. You can cancel any time in that window. It exists so that an accidental tap — or someone else getting into your account — is recoverable.
3. Deletion — Your name, phone, email and login identity are erased (the account can no longer be signed into). Workspaces where you are the only member are deleted too, along with their quizzes, rosters and results.
4. What we keep — Payment receipts and audit records are retained for legal bookkeeping, but they are no longer linked to your name, phone or email.

★If you are the only owner of a workspace that has other members, we'll stop — deleting then would take their data too. Transfer ownership first.
